Alternative loan program to help buyers and homeowners qualify for higher loan amounts than any conventional lenders.

How we make it easier for loan qualification:

  • Jumbo loans up to 55% debt-to-income available for easier qualification.  This will help you increase your purchase power.

  • We allow income from company variable compensation such as restricted stock units (RSU) without history of 2 years requirement.

  •  We offer out of the box loan exception for each customer’s unique background.  Example include exception to credit score not meeting the minimum requirement.

  • Programs that allow low down payment and offer up to 55% DTI for easy qualification. 

Applies to CA, CO, WA, & UT:

  • Up to $2,500,000 loan amount, 15% down payment, 18 months reserves, No mortgage insurance

          Example, $2,941,174 purchase price, $2,500,000 loan, $441,174 down payment

          Majority of lender requires 20% down which means our borrower can bring in $147,000 less to closing.

  • Up to $2,000,000 loan amount, 10.01% down payment, 18 months reserves, No mortgage insurance

          Example: $2,224,000 Purchase price,   $2,000,000 loan, $222,400 down payment
